By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use CuteFinds if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be made at the time of purchase. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an advance payment of โน149 is mandatory to confirm the order. The remaining amount must be paid at the time of delivery.
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions, or the breach thereof, shall be governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from CuteFinds. If you are not entirely satisfied, we're here to help.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, or before the order has been dispatched, whichever is earlier. If the order is cancelled before dispatch, a 100% refund will be initiated immediately. For COD orders, the โน149 advance amount will be refunded. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled; however, you may refuse to accept the delivery or initiate a return as per our return policy.
We offer a 7-Day Return Policy on all products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@cutefinds.com within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID and a clear unboxing video as proof of the item's condition.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS) to the bank details provided by you.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and videos. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

All orders are processed, quality-checked, and packed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
We ship our products from our warehouse in Mumbai. Standard shipping takes 4 to 7 business days depending on your delivery location. We partner with reliable courier services like Delhivery, Shiprocket, or Bluedart to ensure safe delivery. Once dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email and WhatsApp number.
We offer FREE Shipping on all orders of โน499 or more. For orders below โน499, a flat shipping fee of โน89 is applicable. These charges are clearly displayed during the checkout process.
If the delivery is delayed beyond 7 business days, please contact our support team. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping charges.
